2. Scope of Service

    We assist customers in creating or configuring Make.com scenarios that enable them to publish videos from Make.com to TikTok. We do not provide an end-user application to publish videos; rather, we help you utilize publicly available tools offered by Make.com and TikTok.

  2. No Software Distribution
    We do not distribute or sell any proprietary software. Our role is strictly consultative and supportive in helping you set up your own Make.com scenarios.

  3. Third-Party Services
    Because our Service relies on tools and platforms provided by Make.com and TikTok, you agree to also abide by:

    In the event of any conflict between those terms and our own, those third-party terms will take precedence regarding your relationship with those third-party services.

  4. Sandbox Mode vs. Production Mode

    • We will help you integrate your scenarios with TikTok in Sandbox Mode for testing and development purposes.
    • If you wish to implement these integrations in Production Mode, you are responsible for submitting your own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to TikTok for verification and approval, as required by TikTok’s policies.

3. No Data Collection or Storage

  1. No End-User Data
    We do not operate an application for end users and do not collect, store, or process any user data (e.g., user credentials, personal information, or content uploaded to TikTok).

  2. Service-Based Engagement
    Our consulting is on a customer-by-customer basis, meaning each engagement is tailored to a single customer’s needs. Any data shared with us by you, the customer, is strictly for the purpose of completing the requested integration or providing advice. We do not store this data beyond the project’s completion.

  3. Third-Party Data Handling
    Any personal data or content processed through Make.com or TikTok is subject to the privacy and data policies of those respective platforms, and you agree to abide by their terms.

4. Intellectual Property

  1. Your Content
    Since we do not host or store user-generated content, any content you publish to TikTok remains your sole responsibility. You must ensure you have all necessary rights and consents to share such content via TikTok.

  2. Service Materials
    Any documentation, guides, or resources provided by us in the course of consulting remain our intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  3. Third-Party IP
    All trademarks, logos, service marks, and other intellectual property of Make.com and TikTok belong to their respective owners. We do not claim any ownership over them.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  1. No Warranties
    Our Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantee that the integrations or scenarios configured with Make.com and TikTok will meet your specific requirements, operate error-free, or result in uninterrupted usage.

  2. Third-Party Services
    We are not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok or Make.com. We cannot control their performance, uptime, or any service changes they may implement. We disclaim all liability for disruptions, errors, or data loss resulting from the use of those platforms.

  3. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, business, or data.

  4. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
